Should marijuana be decriminalized?

Yes

As an individual who has never before smoked marijuana I believe that the decriminalization of marijuana will in no way be unconstitutional. It will help in the medical field which is extremely important in today's growing abundance of cancer and terrible diseases. It does not necessarily cause any more harm then tobacco products. Although used too much it is bad and using it for simple socializing is not exactly the right thing to do, decriminalizing marijuana is a good step in allowing a greater justification of the statement by our founding fathers which involves life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. a

No if Decriminalized the government loses it's power over millions of law abiding us citizens who they call dangerous criminals but who's only real crime is wanting to unwind after a hard week
