Everything is deterministic

Scientific laws and randomness govern how the universe operates, and that includes us.

The laws of physics govern an atomic explosion, but the decision to use a nuclear weapon is made in the realm of psychology, ethics and politics. (not sure if this hinders or helps, but thought it was interesting)

- All things can be predicted from the current state. So yes things can change but everything has a current state and all things can be predicted based on the current state. Whether or not we fully understand and are able to take into consideration all the factors is another story. Anyone who thinks otherwise does not understand science or reality.

The human mind is manifest from the brain, which is subject to the absolute laws of the universe. In absolue terms, there is no true free will, but since no one ever fully aware of the position of ever atom, etc, it is easier to accept the approximation of free will.

Free Will

Future events are not inevitable. You can choose, and change what will happen.

Holding to the idea that your choices are predetermined is a choice. Voting for predeterminism is actually an indication of choice and free will. There is no way to demonstrate a lack of free will and choice, therefore the results of this vote are irrelevent.
